WebKitGTK 2.47.4 released!

This is a development release leading toward 2.48 series.

What’s new in the WebKitGTK 2.47.4 release?

• Add support for the Cookie Store API.
• Add documentation about how to use the remote web inspector.
• Enable WebDriver BiDi as an experimental feature.
• Fix a crash when enabling Skia CPU rendering.
• Fix several crashes and rendering issues.
